Very spacious villa, with incredible views. The kitchen and dining room are super large, it has everything needed. The owner’s treatment is very proper. You have to watch out for small car access, the road is not in good condition, it’s better to enter from the top side and not from the bottom.

“Horrible”

Nothing horrible. HORRIBLE – I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! One of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. The lodging is extremely dirty and poorly maintained, and the conditions are far from what one could expect from decent accommodation. The bedding is a real nightmare: we found hair on the sheets and stains that seemed to be urine stains. We absolutely did not feel that the sheets had been changed and properly disinfected before our arrival. There were flies on the floor, a lot of dust and spider webs. The floors were dirty, the showers were in a deplorable state and the sink was clogged. Inside, there was a very strong and unpleasant odor. The problems are numerous, and the way the owner responds to complaints is simply outrageous. Whatever problem you point out to him, he responds as if everything is perfectly normal and as if the problem does not exist. For example, I told him we did not have Wi‑Fi and the internet connection was not working. Instead of checking or fixing the issue, he sent me a photo to show that, at his place, the internet worked. The fact that it works at his place does not mean it works for guests. The first day, we didn’t even have hot water. The owner was not home and we only had hot water from the next day, when he finally turned it on. Yet, when we reported the problem, he confirmed that hot water was available, even though we didn’t have it. The situation was extremely unpleasant and, instead of acknowledging and solving the problem, we felt that he was simply denying what we saw in front of us. Regarding security, the situation is even more serious.

The place is huge and spacious, and it feels cool at night; the views are lovely, which was the highlight of the trip. Everything looked very old, and for what I paid I expected the facilities to match the photos; the pool that looked large in the pictures turned out to be a small kiddie pool, and while it might have been a nice house once, it now needs a serious renovation and more comfort for guests.

We went to celebrate a birthday and spent a very pleasant weekend; everything was clean and the spaces were very large, which we liked a lot.

Despite the other reviews, my stay was quite positive overall. I held my 25th birthday party and told the host that we’d be having music; he said it was fine as long as we respected the rules (no outside music after 22:00) and that worked out without any issues. The house is beautiful and set up perfectly for celebrations. The only downside was that a sofa had been slept on by friends who ended up with bites and rashes on their backs.
