Our stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. We were given a suite on the unheated upper floor, which was basically a freezer. The temperature was a whopping 45 degrees, and the only heater that worked was in one of the rooms. We had to use two hair dryers just to keep our bedroom from freezing, but it still only got up to 60 degrees. The hallways were just as cold, and the elevator didn't even work.

We had a decent stay here, thanks to the good location and tasty breakfast. The hotel's not perfect, but it's a solid choice if you're in the area.

Getting to this hotel was a breeze, but that's about where the good news ends. The rest of our experience was pretty underwhelming.

The room itself was a highlight, clean and comfortable with everything I needed. However, the location wasn't ideal - there were some beggars around and the parking lot was tiny. It was a shame, because the room made up for it.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was a letdown. The fruit was old and there were limited options, and the coffee was pretty bad. That's about it for the positives, to be honest.
