The bed was comfortable and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was solid. However, the transport company we had arranged was not allowed to enter the premises even though we had provided plates and names; we had to walk out with our luggage because they insisted on using a specific shuttle, and we refused to comply.

The staff, service, and facilities are excellent. The food, however, was lacking; all the restaurants were generally weak, especially the Japanese one.

The à la carte restaurants were of very high quality, offering good and varied food; even at the buffet there was always something tasty to eat. The building was kept consistently clean.
