“Hospitalidad excepcional y ubicación perfecta”
The thing that really stood out was Irene, the hotel’s host, who was incredibly friendly and attentive at every turn, making you feel welcomed and cared for. Her warm, helpful service truly sets the experience apart. The breakfast was also superb; she prepared a delicious, authentic shakshuka that showed real love in its preparation, one of the best breakfasts I’ve had on my travels. The room was spacious and comfortable, adding to the pleasant stay. The location is another strong point: the hotel is very close to the Church of the Nativity, ideal for pilgrims or tourists visiting Bethlehem. The only downside is that, like many parts of Bethlehem, the city has a lot of uphill, downhill, and stair steps, which can be tiring, especially for older people or those not used to walking on inclines. My mom, for instance, got a bit tired on the climbs. However, if you’re accustomed to walking or don’t have mobility issues, it isn’t a major problem.
