The location is excellent, the beds are comfortable, and the showers are great. The small desktop ironing boards make it a little difficult for working travellers.

The location and staff were great, but the blanket was dirty; they swapped it out quickly.

I discovered this hidden gem right in Cairns’ center, close to everything, and the room was spacious. The coffee bar, however, needed some repairs.
