The location is excellent, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was nice, but it wasn’t stocked or cleaned unless we asked each day. The coffee machine is a bit tricky to use, there are no electric sockets near the mirrors, and the lights are rather dim.

I liked the little coffee bar that was available. I didn’t like the room setup—the AC was blocked by the bed, so the air couldn’t circulate. The mattress was super hard and uncomfortable. There were 4 adults in the room and only 2 towels were placed. The bathroom lacked toilet paper, and the carpet in the room smells dirty and old; it needs to be removed.

The location is fine, but the place is very dark, old, and needs an update. The area is also sketchy.

The proximity to the Space Needle and the pool area is great. It’s obviously an older building and feels somewhat outdated inside.
