The location works great.
Very central, just 5 minutes from Rossio, in a quiet and silent area. The parking was a bit pricey and not open 24 h.

The location is super central and you can walk to nearby sights. Across the street is a supermarket, so shopping is convenient. The apartment is very clean and tidy, with a pleasant scent. Miguel is very nice; although it isn’t a hotel, communication is quick and easy. On the last day I needed to work all morning, and Miguel let us check out for free, which was very flexible. The house is large and spacious, and they provided a baby cot; there are two bathrooms, which is great for families with kids. The only downside is that the street where the apartment is located is very narrow; BB cars can’t pass on the sidewalks, and there’s a lot of traffic in the middle lane.

Everything was fantastic. Dani welcomed us and explained everything, handed us a complimentary bottle of port, and the room was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped. The spot was incredibly advantageous, with a supermarket right in front of the house, and the metro and bus just a short walk away—only the dilemma of choosing where to dine out.

Communication from the staff was great before and during the stay. I would have liked shower shelves for bottles and a fresh coat of paint on some doors.
