“The staff were nice but every one of them complained to me about something. Not professional!”

The property was clean. The elevator broke and couldn’t be repaired. My wife (who is disabled) and I asked to be moved to the first floor. We lost our king suite for a double queen. There wasn’t enough room

Someone tried to get in my room an hour after I got there.I was asleep and it was 4 in the afternoon.I let him know what the front desk and I left right after that. They said it was the cleaning lady
