The location and surroundings with gardens and trees were great, and I enjoyed the onsen.
“良かったです😊”
The staff were very clear and courteous, which I appreciated 😊. However, there was a mistake on our end and the meal plan wasn’t available, which was a bit disappointing.
“Very nice room, excellent service and friendly staff”
The architecture was very traditional Japanese, giving the place a genuine feel.
“伝統が育む、清廉なおもてなし。”
I booked last minute and the service was courteous, making for a pleasant holiday. Thank you.
“とても幸せな時間を過ごさせてる旅館”
The room was spacious and comfortable! My family of four stayed in the same room and it was a relief. The breakfast was tasty, and the large bath was very enjoyable!
