The lady who welcomed us was very pleasant, helped us carry our luggage, and kept communication clear at all times; she let us drop off our bags before the room was ready and again when we left. After a city‑wide water outage, she refunded the tourist tax. The place is a 10‑minute walk to the center, and they offered snacks and coffee. The downside was damp smell and loud traffic and train noise.

The location is quite good, close to the LEOFOREIO stop. It was fairly clean. The balcony was pleasant in the evening. The main drawback was the heavy noise from the very central road.

We were very well received and the staff were attentive. The noise from traffic was an issue, and the pillows were very stiff. Otherwise the place was clean and well maintained.
