The street outside is very noisy, so sleeping with the windows open is impossible. The room feels stuffy, the shared air‑conditioning doesn’t work, and we left exhausted rather than rested. The food was plentiful but not tasty at all.

The location by the beach in the small town is great, the staff are good, the rooms are clean, the food is varied, and the price is fair. Evening entertainment was a bit lacking.

The reception staff were available, and the housekeeping staff were responsive. The setting and the permanent activities set up to occupy residents were nice, even though we couldn’t take advantage of them. The two pools had very little depth. The fruit selection at breakfast was disappointing on an island—only five different fruits were offered, and the same ones were repeated all week. Few servers were attentive to guests, and the hotel restaurant was particularly awful with the hotel’s own clientele. There was a lot of interaction with guests coming from outside.

“Desta vez”

I liked the food and the staff, but there were many shortcomings in the room cleaning; unfortunately, the room wasn’t suitable for three adults and one child.
