The location is good, but the reception staff and room cleanliness were lacking.

The hotel is simple and good for short stays with family; the male front‑desk staff was very helpful while the lady was not; the hotel was clean and the breakfast was good; the location was very good but swimming at the nearby beach is not allowed, so only the pool is usable; overall it offers good value for money. The female front‑desk staff should be avoided; instead find the Saudi gentleman who resolved everything, whereas she said no.
