Nothing to say, we arrived at midnight in front of a closed building and they didn’t bother to warn us or cancel our booking; we had to scramble for a hotel at the last minute with a tired child and paid double the price.

The hotel was shut for administrative reasons when we got there; I got answers through Booking about our arrival even though the place was closed.

There was nothing to like since we never actually stayed; the hotel cancelled the reservation the night before arrival, forcing us to find other accommodation for nine nights on a whim.

The staff were great, but it felt like we got the worst room; please stop treating foreigners poorly—those who should care most are the MRE. The room was too small; my friend booked the same room at the same price and was given a better one.
