The beds and rooms were comfortable, the bedding was good, breakfast was excellent, and the staff were extremely polite.

I liked the location, the staff were very helpful and friendly, I thought I would get a room facing the basilica as the reservation said, but when I arrived there was no view, so I was told it was only a room for two people; I was a bit disappointed because that was a factor that made me want to stay there. The surprise of not having a view, plus the fact that at breakfast there was no food replenishment, meant that anyone arriving after 8 might not have many breakfast options.
