I’m not a regular hotel guest, but this was the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time. Best Western will be my go‑to from now on. Thanks for a wonderful stay, and I’ll definitely hit the pool next time.

We had to switch to a new room because the original had roaches, and after killing one I showed it to the front desk. They moved us at 1230 am without giving us even ten minutes to pack up; the maid was already in the old room and we lost some belongings. When I confronted the staff, she told my husband to “F off” and later gave him a hateful look. In the new room, which was supposedly ready, the maid was still cleaning and I found multiple pubic hairs in the tub. The manager texted us that to get a refund we’d have to leave at about 100 am, but we had two kids and were two‑and‑a‑half hours from home. There was no bedding for the pull‑out couch. It was a horrible experience and I won’t return; we even filed a police report.

The breakfast was good, rooms were clean, staff friendly, and the pool was in great shape. The location is perfect for fun and the ocean, with plenty of restaurants and gas stations nearby. Food could have been a bit better and the lobby could use more space.
