We were upgraded to an apartment instead of the room I booked because of the overbooking. This wasn't a problem since the apartment was even bigger and had a kitchen and a washing machine. The staff was super friendly, and they always made sure we were happy. We asked several times to do the cleaning within a certain time range, and they always succeeded in doing so, even though they warned it might not happen in time. Breakfast is great, quite diverse and tasty. The food felt healthy and cleanly/properly made. The soundproofing was great; we haven't heard our neighbours even once. In our apartment, the floor was white, and sometimes it felt like the floor could use a bit more cleaning. The AC heating wasn't obvious; sometimes it worked great, sometimes it didn't. The surrounding area is safe, but sometimes it doesn't look great. It's easy to get to the centre and more touristy locations (10-15 minutes on foot), but you have to go through some street markets which sometimes are a bit narrow. If you leave your window open you can sometimes hear people talking out in the yard

Hotel blisko starego miasta Tbilisi. Smaczne śniadanie. Codzienna wymiana ręczników oraz ścielenie łóżka. Dodatkowo codziennie w lodówce była nowa woda. Mało przestrzenny parking z bardzo wąskim wjazdem, ale w tej lokalizacji naprawdę bardzo potrzebny. Plamy na wykładzinie
