The maintenance in the room was abysmal: the bathroom had no cleanliness, no light in the 2008 room even after repeated requests, and the TV was non‑functional despite paying 4500/- per night; the facility and service did not match the rate. The room walls were rough, without paint or color, and the door was low quality, likely to break anytime; overall, the hotel’s structure felt like it was only 100 rs old.

“Having travelled all across the world and tens of places in India; never seen such a poorly managed!”

I had a horrible experience that will stay with me forever: a cheap hotel that looked filthy, poorly maintained, and only suitable for young people chasing a night of beer. It resembled a roadside dhaba or a one‑star lodging. From the cramped reception to limited parking and a dirty stretch of sea accessed through a tiny door, everything was subpar. The pictures and ratings were misleading. We didn’t stay there, yet they still stole our INR 16000 booking. I’m reporting them and deregistering them. Book at your own risk. The issues were almost everything: 1. Bad location. 2. Direct access only to a muddy, dirty beach. 3. Grass and foliage covered the property everywhere. 4. Negative vibes, not family‑friendly. 5. Rooms were smelly, poorly lit, and badly maintained. 6. No refund if you’re unhappy.

“It was a good stay with a beautiful location & room”

The food was good, the rooms were beautiful and spacious, and the location was the main strength, but a few items in the room had deteriorated.
