Only the location was good. If you love spiders, book right away (there are 5 on the ceiling above the bed!), the room was filthy, smelled of mold, the bathroom had no heat so you couldn’t shower in cold weather, the air conditioner didn’t warm enough – we had to sleep with three blankets.

“A little hidden gem.”

I was thrilled with the location and had a great time overall; the management team was incredibly helpful and I’ll definitely return. The kitchen was a bit limited, but with a bit of planning we managed to cook some delicious meals.

Everything in the room was brand‑new and renovated, but the humidity was high—an air‑conditioner would have helped. For guests staying longer, housekeeping would be a bit more challenging.

The facilities were excellent, very comfortable and beautifully presented; the sheets, mattress, towels—all were perfect. The mini‑kitchen was also very useful. If you plan to explore the Amalfi Coast by car, this place could be great, but if you rely on public transport, I wouldn’t recommend it at all. I experienced some of the worst traffic ever because I had no car and was using public transport. You have to walk a lot to reach the nearest bus stop, and since the location is quite remote, bus schedules are sparse, especially at night. So the location isn’t ideal for those depending on buses. Also, after staying several days, I noticed that cleaning and trash removal were not offered, which would be useful, especially for longer stays.

The single bed had an unpleasant smell, possibly because it had been hidden for a long time.
