After waiting for the initial excitement to subside, I finally wrote this review with a clear mind, and it’s been two weeks since I left, still lingering in the enchantment I found at Dimora d’Artista. We stayed here for the Witch Festival in Craveggia, and it turned out to be a rare gem among all the places we’ve tried. Aside from the beauty of the manor itself—everything meticulously cared for and beautiful yet authentic—I was lucky to meet Mrs. Monica. Describing her welcome in simple words is almost impossible, because she doesn’t just greet you; she welcomes you with her heart and makes you feel instantly at home. She is a luminous, caring, authentic presence that leaves a lasting impression. Including breakfast in our reservation turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made! She arrives like a sun in the room, brightening it with her smile, and brings two overflowing trays of every possible delight for breakfast. We had eggs and bacon, savory and sweet croissants, cold cuts, mini pies, cheeses, freshly picked local blueberries, typical pastries—everything prepared on the spot with genuine care and attention, presented in local ceramic dishware, glassware, crystal glasses, all designed to immerse guests in the authenticity of the region. It was the ultimate experience! We slept wonderfully; the mattress, sheets, pillows were all perfect, and even the room’s scent was fantastic. Thank you for this unforgettable experience; I can only give you 10 and recommend Dimora d’Artista to everyone.
