The place was very decent and located conveniently near the Trade Fair and several restaurants and mini markets. The owner was very helpful. However, the bathroom had a problem with water running continuously and making noise all day long.

“Good location and cozy”

The spot is great, and the place works fine for one or two people, but if you’re a couple staying for a few days, the room I booked was only for one, even though they have larger options. I had a pool view and a private terrace where I could relax with a drink. It was very good, and I might stay again if I travel alone. The downside was that water leaked from the shower into the bathroom floor.

The location is close to a nice neighborhood, but last year I stayed here again and nothing had changed; the old‑style décor is still unrefreshed, rooms look very old, and there are too many flies—screen doors are essential. The shower cabins always have broken lids that don’t close properly, and there’s no space to hang a shower curtain. We had a jacuzzi in the room, but it wasn’t working, and overall the place feels neglected. Even the kettle was missing in the room, so we had to heat water in the larger room’s kettle.

“A Complete Disappointment!”

Nothing positive—just a total letdown. I had stayed here years ago and liked it, so I chose it for my honeymoon, but it was a huge mistake. At check‑in we found the barbecue area closed, which was annoying but manageable. Guests aren’t allowed, technically, but only for up to two hours—so we couldn’t have a few beers with friends by the pool, which we had planned. The pool was freezing cold even though the outside temperature was around +30 °C for months. The ban on guests and the closed barbecue made the hotel feel like a cheap place to sleep. I can’t understand how it earned four stars. There’s no drinking water; the tap water is heavily chlorinated. The toilet in our room is over‑aggressive—when you flush it sprays water from your knees down to your feet and keeps running for hours unless you do something magical with the flush button. There’s only one electrical outlet in the whole room. The fridge is so tiny it can hold only a few cans of beer, so all the food we brought spoiled. The grounds are untreated for mosquitoes, and at night you feel like you’re in the middle of the Ural wilderness. Guests eventually came to visit us, and the next morning the staff said we had exceeded the two‑hour guest limit and that we had to pay an outrageous €50 extra for it.
