Everything was spotless, the white sheets were immaculate, and everything was made of glass or metal, so it was easy to keep clean. The owner was warm and meticulous. Occasionally there were traces of urine smell in the toilet, or mold not fully scrubbed in the bathroom, or some guests behaved rudely and played loud music at night. I think those are hard to avoid, and the owner can’t do much about them.
