“A very special place”

The location couldn't be better – we were just a short drive from Salento and the Cocora Valley, and the property’s reserve offered breathtaking scenery. The staff were genuinely friendly and the food was solid, giving the place an authentic feel despite the price tag. Unfortunately the room fell short of the pictures; it was damp, we kept a dehumidifier running, and the décor was pretty bare, with a bathroom that left a lot to be desired.

The staff were incredibly attentive, down to the smallest details, and their warmth made the whole experience feel personal. Between the beautiful surroundings, the natural landscape, and the stunning views, I fell in love with everything.

“Un lugar mágico con mucho potencial para generar una experiencia fuera de lo común”

The facilities are truly spectacular and the whole site feels magical, but we hit a rough start – our room wasn’t ready when we arrived and there were no towels in the bathroom. The team was eager to help, yet their inexperience showed, and for the price you’d expect a higher level of polish. The place has a lot of potential, just needs better attention to the little things.

“Precioso lugar”

The surroundings are lovely and the staff’s warm welcome made us feel at home. The restaurant, however, left us wanting more; the menu was limited and the dishes could have been better prepared.
