The place is well‑situated. No one asked for ID at check‑in, which seemed optional, and the room was really unclean with spots that probably never got wiped; a persistent mold smell lingered, the toilet flush worked only once every ten minutes, and the shower water was hot only at a few spots. There’s a wide margin for improvement, and the room is quite modest.

The cleaning was good, check‑in was easy, and the location is excellent near the Coliseum, within walking distance to everything, or with bus and metro right at the door. There’s a shared kitchen and living area, and they keep fresh water in the fridge. I recommend it for its price‑quality ratio.
