The location was excellent and the breakfast buffet was superb, while the staff were very friendly and the rooms spacious with great lighting. Getting from the plaza parking to the hotel was a hassle, requiring stairs or walking out onto the sidewalk; there’s no direct link from the lot to the building. The night‑time room service was also painfully slow.
