The spa, the room space, and the breakfast were excellent. However, some small details were forgotten, such as shampoo and a fire pit.

“Een heel ontspannend verblijf op een top locatie met heerlijke wellness en uitstekend restaurant!”

We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant and used the excellent wellness facilities daily. We found the peace and relaxation we were looking for. The hygiene could have been better and the TV didn’t work properly.

“Décevant et manque de personnel ! Dommage”

The setting is pretty and the room is nice. There is no staff, no reception, and no way to contact someone if something goes wrong. The spa is dirty and poorly maintained. The breakfast is gone by 9.30 h and there is no response.

“nice and clean domain but cutting expenses kills the hospitality”

The domain is lovely and the surroundings are very peaceful, with a beautiful garden and a clean, though small, room. The spa is also tidy, and the recent renovation was well executed, but the old charm, elegance, and authenticity of the property seem to have been lost in favor of a modern look, giving the place a commercial feel that unfortunately affects the hospitality. Reception is only open a few hours a day, so you grab your key from a locker; the staff are friendly but clearly understaffed, there are no bathroom slippers (they can be purchased), and no body cream, which is a bit disappointing for a wellness hotel. The rooms are nice but small, especially considering the ancient building, and the lounge music in the hallway and pool house is too loud and disturbing. The spa in the garden closes in the evening with no staff present to address any issues.
