The place looks modest but is very clean and tidy, essential and simple yet having everything needed for both business and holiday stays. Unnecessary stuff is absent. The bathroom is also simple but functional, clean, and odor‑free. The property offers a convenient parking spot and, more importantly, a strategic location near main roads, the city center, and beach areas. I had breakfast and lunch at the nearby “LaVida,” which offers modest prices and excellent quality. Mr. Donato greeted me from the booking stage with friendliness and charm. The property is easy to find, and Mr. Donato was immediately available for any issues. The house rules are sent by email, clear and precise to avoid misunderstandings. He also answered my questions about local spots I needed information on; he’s knowledgeable and well‑versed in the area, useful for anyone unfamiliar. I stayed for work this time; next time I’ll come for a few relaxing days.
