I didn't like anything. It was just bad, nothing more.

The hotel’s location was good. The front‑desk service and the room didn’t justify the price.

The air‑conditioning in the assigned room didn't work; after several requests I was moved to a different room.

The room was immaculate, I felt safe, and the staff were available 24/7; it’s the best spot for families and couples, and it’s right across from the bus stop so it’s a safe place to stay. The price was a bit high, otherwise everything was fine.
