“Nádherný výhled, ale ubytování zklamalo”

According to the photos, we received a different apartment. It had not just 2 bedrooms but 4. The two bedrooms were not cleaned or prepared; if they had been at least locked, it would have looked better. We found various bugs on the bed, and there was a spray in the air, so we were afraid the pests were everywhere. The two bathrooms were great, but one had a completely moldy shower area. The floor was dirty everywhere, and we had black feet. The bedding had tears and stains. The sofa was in such a state that you really couldn’t sit on it. Soap was missing, the kitchen had sponges, etc. There was a dishwasher, which we preferred to wash dishes in advance. The view was beautiful, but under the hotel is a beach with breakwaters and a no‑swimming sign.

“Mini vacanță Biala”

The accommodation location is quiet, clean, and the balcony offers a beautiful view. The apartment should be renovated; the air conditioner is worn out, there’s no sponge for dishes, no toilet paper, no kitchen towel, and no solution for cleaning except a single capsule for the dishwasher. Instructions exist for leaving the apartment clean, but you can’t do that if you’re not prepared. Access to the complex is somewhat difficult; the entrance gate is narrow. The beach is superb, 15 minutes on foot from the complex, but you have to go down/up 300 stairs. Overall acceptable.

The sea view, the pool suitable for swimming, and the coffee machine for American coffee were positives. The sofa was very dirty, so it was a shame to sit on it. There were no mosquito nets, mold in the corners of the shower cabins, and no bathroom supplies – only a small soap bar.

This place was really nice and clean, with a great apartment that had a huge balcony and an awesome sea view. The pool was good too, plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. The staff were friendly, but we did have some issues with TV reception at first - they gave us a room antenna, which was a bit patchy, and we couldn't get any German channels. Also, the location was a bit out of the way, making it tricky to shop without a car.

“Nydelig utsikt, flott sted men litt for øde”

I loved the view and the service from the staff - they were really helpful. The apartment was spacious and had access to a great pool, which was really safe. However, I did think there were a few too few facilities, and sometimes it got pretty noisy and the sun loungers by the pool would get taken up.
