I was pleased to find that this hotel was conveniently located near the airport and offered excellent service. When we had an issue with the water supply in our rooms, we were quickly relocated, which I found impressive. However, the breakfast was a letdown, tasting dry and somewhat bland.

The staff at this hotel generally had a positive attitude and were friendly and welcoming, which helped put me at ease. However, I was slightly disappointed with the dining staff, particularly one young lady who seemed distracted and forgot my request for something.

The receptionist was pleasant, but unfortunately, that was about the only positive aspect of my stay. The bathroom was broken, the shower was cold, and the surroundings were dirty, which made for a disappointing experience.
