Everything was great and comfortable; I always book the Copthorne Hotel when I go to Dubai, and the staff are very helpful.

I had an excellent stay – it’s my first choice whenever I visit Dubai. I found the location fantastic: just two metro stops from Dubai International Airport, a two‑minute walk to Deira City Centre station #16 on the Red line, about an eight‑minute walk from Deira City Centre, and only six stops from Dubai World Trade Centre. Everything I needed was within easy reach, including restaurants and supermarkets. The rooms were spacious, well‑equipped, and had everything for a comfortable stay; the beds were extremely comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the cleanliness was truly exceptional, thanks to the housekeeping team. Breakfast was wonderful, with a great variety of options. The hotel’s Chinese restaurant offered unlimited sushi and Chinese food for AED 69, and the food quality and service were excellent. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, handling every request with kindness and a positive attitude. Special thanks to the lovely female receptionist, Hassan at the restaurant, and Santa from housekeeping. Their professionalism and warmth made my stay even better. I didn’t have time to try the pool or jacuzzi, but they looked inviting. I enjoyed every moment.
