The location is great, the place is clean and orderly, and the air conditioning works well, but they didn’t hand me the key to my room, the kitchen manager was extremely rude, and breakfast ended at 9:00 am— I literally arrived at 9:01 and she scolded me in a condescending way, saying breakfast was over; she was so angry it felt like she was yelling at me for being late. I’m not asking for charity or a free breakfast, and that upset me a lot. Even so, the girl eventually made us breakfast because I had more patience. My husband was furious and didn’t want to receive anything.
