The room was spacious, great location, beach view, good parking. I would have liked water bottles in the fridge or at the dispenser. I should point out a service issue: this is the first time I’ve had an apartment without kitchen utensils that I had to request separately.

The sea view and the size of the room/mini‑apartment are nice. Overall cleaning was good but details were lacking, like the kitchen drawers had a little pad to rest the hand on when opening, and there was no step to exit the shower. The breakfast had mediocre pastries and overall low quality. I add this note even though it’s unrelated to the property: there’s a nightclub that starts techno music at an ear‑splitting volume from morning until late at night, which is very annoying. Next time we’ll head to Gatteo.

The apartment had no dishes, not even a glass, but I only stayed a couple of nights and breakfast was included in the price. The breakfast, rushed for vacationers, should be a calm moment respecting the hotel’s schedule. The staff kept asking if they could clear the table, even though the food was still on the plate!
