The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is just about 80 m from the gondola’s lower station, making the ski runs super easy to reach. Inside, there’s a comfortable ski area, and a well‑stocked shop sits right next to the building.

The rooms were spotless and the team greeted us with genuine smiles. It’s smack‑dab in a great spot, and the parking space right in front of the entrance made coming and going effortless.

I walked away disappointed – the rooms felt tiny and looked like they hadn’t been updated in years, so the price just didn’t make sense. To make matters worse, the young man handling the parking area was rude and unprofessional, which ruined the whole stay.
