I had a wonderful experience staying at Om Mandakini Hotel. The entire team made me feel right at home from the moment I checked in. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is super convenient—especially for visiting nearby spots like Pashupatinath Temple. Outstanding hospitality, great value, and friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!

The pest control service is missing, the geyser is broken, and the bathroom flush needs fixing.

We never got a room when we arrived, and they refused to give us any, instead directing us to another hotel called Vrindavan Sweets, where the staff were rude and the rooms were untidy and dull. They also showed us one room but handed us a different one, so don't trust the booking, especially in Kathmandu.

The location is nice, but the staff behaved unprofessionally, the washroom flushes were broken, and no handwash was provided.
