They won’t let me check into the hotel, wrote off my money, and won’t refund me. They claim everything is fine with my booking, but the geolocation for the store is incorrect. They ask me to write to a WhatsApp that doesn’t exist, and they are scammers. I’ve had no response for 3 days, won’t refund my money, and I was left on the street with my child on New Year’s. I’m not the only one; it seems they do this all the time. I’m demanding a refund.

tidak ada bagus2nya sama sekali pelayanan dn kamarnya sangat mengecewakan. akbirnya setelah tiba di loby tidak diakui oleh staf nya. katanya mereka tdk pernah bekerja sama dg sudahlah lebh baik jangan ketempat itu lagi. asli kecewa bgt
