I was left with nothing to like because they canceled my reservation even though I’d already paid; when I arrived they refused to give me a room, claimed they don’t honor bookings from the platform and marked me as a no‑show, which felt like a disrespect to me as a guest.

The location was fantastic, everything was within walking distance, yet the staff were somewhat rude, the hotel didn’t even have a card‑payment terminal which is a problem for many of us who travel without cash, the air‑conditioning in the room never worked despite reporting it, and the shower lacked a door so the whole bathroom got soaked.

The location was good, the floor waitresses were friendly, and the reception was a bit helpful. The breakfast was sparse and lacked hot drinks, and there was a TV channel for adults right next to a kids channel—something that could have been seen by children without realizing it; that needs fixing.
