The only good thing was the location in Brighton. When I tried to check in, nobody answered the bell, so I had to call someone abroad to get someone downstairs. The floor was uneven, the TV was the size of a computer screen and wasn’t even connected to the internet, so I had to use my phone. There was damp damage on the walls, the bed was hard as well as the pillows, and when I showered the plug was blocked so water filled up; my daughter didn’t dare make it worse, so we didn’t shower. The pictures online were not at all accurate. They also don’t mention that parking costs £20 per day; they just say onsite parking, which is three spaces, and someone had parked so close to me that no one could get in on the passenger side. It felt more like a hostel than anything, and I almost left on the day.
