The staff were quick and efficient, which was good. The parking lot is small, so it’s better to check in early to secure a spot.

The front desk gentleman was helpful and polite, but the free parking was a few blocks away, only a handful of spots were available, and it was easy to miss, requiring a long loop around the lock to find it. Mishima’s narrow, busy streets have poor signage and labels, making it a tough place to start learning Japanese driving.
