“Beautiful rooms and facility - not ideal showering or sleeping arrangements”
The facility, location and spacious rooms were great, and the breakfast was good, but the bed was broken and we had to fix it ourselves at midnight because there was no night reception staff; I got locked out while my partner fixed the bed with the lights on, and only one key worked for the door and lights; the gaming staff were very helpful with this issue, and the shower facilities were cold or lukewarm.

We enjoyed every part of our weekend escape: the room was quiet, spotless, and the bed was very comfortable, plus the continental breakfast that came with the room was just right. The location was perfect for our plans, and every staff member was friendly and polite.
