The staff here were absolute lifesavers when we got stuck in the snow, but even without the challenges, this place would be a winner. The onsen was seriously amazing and the lobby was top-notch. I'm not even kidding when I say I liked everything about it.

The cleanliness and food here were top-notch, and the location right next to the station was a huge plus. But what really threw me was the bathroom - it was a unit bath with the toilet in the same space, which was a bit of a shock. And to make matters worse, there was no key box in the room and the public bath was lukewarm.

This hotel is perfect for exploring the lake and its surroundings. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were top-notch.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, with JR bus and the lake's dock just a short walk away. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, and the public bath was amazing - you could even grab an ice cream afterwards! We opted out of the dinner, but were surprised to find that it came with breakfast, which was a fun DIY affair. All in all, this hotel is a hidden gem on the lake and I highly recommend it.
