The place was clean and well located, but the mattress was very hard and the TV was tiny and old.

The hotel sits in a fantastic spot and the staff were welcoming and helpful, but the room lighting is awful—old incandescent bulbs that should be swapped for modern LED fixtures to make the space more inviting.

I couldn’t even check in. The street was so narrow that I couldn’t stop to unload my luggage, and nobody was at the front desk until the third shift. A staff member stopped me in front of the entrance and, after a confusing explanation, told me where I could park even though I wasn’t a resident. I asked for a “crockis” to reach the parking, but they said they didn’t have one and then told me to find someone else to help me. I couldn’t check in or unload my bags—terrible, terrible, terrible.

The location is very central and the facilities are comfortable, but there’s no parking service for guests who booked through the platform.
