We stayed there for the second time, the city connections were good, and check‑in and check‑out were hassle‑free.

Check‑in was easy. The parking cost 8 € which is too much! A plug for charging a phone didn’t work, and the noise level in the breakfast room was high.

The location with S‑bahn access was very good, the Zoo and the Red Gate were also within walking distance. The family room with a loft bed was spacious and we had plenty of room. The staff seemed unmotivated, some even wore headphones. In the breakfast room all tables were dirty and we always had to ask for milk. The fruit wasn’t washed and still had stickers on it. We could hear the train in the room (we were even at the back), but it didn’t bother us because it wasn’t too loud.
