Excellent location and value for money. Due to reasons beyond the hotel, there was no water the first night and the next morning. However, I feel the necessary steps to resolve the issue weren’t taken. In the morning, I wasn’t even offered a bottle of water to brush my teeth and wash my face. By the afternoon, when I returned, the problem had been fixed and they even changed the shower in my room because it was old and full of limescale when I arrived. Attention to cleaning details is lacking – for example, when I arrived there was a sock in the shower, which is very odd.
