We appreciated Nathalie’s warm welcome, the lovely room with a balcony overlooking the garden and the centuries‑old cedar, the exquisite dinner, the good breakfast, and the authenticity of the place.

The directions were excellent, the vibe and reception (and the English speaking staff) were fantastic, and the pre‑booked three‑course dinner was very tasty. We stayed in the annex, about 70 m from the castle; after dinner it was dark and the path to the annex wasn’t lit, which was a pity.
