“Friendly and supportive staff”

Everything. It’s very pleasant, clean, central, and the staff is excellent. Nothing negative, because even the lack of an elevator was solved by the hotel staff who helped us carry our luggage up.

I arrived before check‑in, and they left my suitcase in the room. Breakfast can be eaten in the room. If you tell the front desk your desired menu and time by 21:00, they’ll bring it to your room when it’s ready. There’s no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up yourself, but at check‑in they delivered it to the room, and on the way out I carried it down to the front desk myself, but a female staff member brought two suitcases from the front desk to the entrance, which was very helpful. The slope from Sanvent Station is very steep. From Boryan Station it’s a bit of a downhill, so it’s easier. The hotel entrance is small and may be confusing at first. The door wouldn’t open, so I was surprised, but when I pressed the intercom it opened from inside.

“Great team and great breakfast!”

After two weeks on the Camino we were treated to a stay that was fantastic, and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I hope we can stay here again! The only downside was that I didn’t like the frosted glass bathroom in the bedroom, but that’s just a personal preference. 🚽

“Decepcionante, considerando a conhecida rede flh.”

The staff were polite and the cleaning was good, and the breakfast coffee was nice. However, the room was very small and the mattress was quite uncomfortable.
