The place was well‑located, but the room’s hygiene and the floor and bathroom condition were disappointing.

The hotel sits in a lively area near Montparnasse station, yet the room had a ceiling light that wouldn’t turn off, a broken window that wouldn’t close, and while the day staff were charming, the night guard was very unpleasant.

The room was spotless, the day staff were truly adorable, and the price‑to‑quality ratio in Paris was really excellent, though the walls are thin because the building is old and the hotel isn’t responsible for guests who don’t pay attention.
