The room was roomy and spotless, and the in‑room coffee was decent. However, I didn’t receive the monument view I had paid for; instead, I saw a building and street. I also didn’t get a high‑floor room as I’d requested. A $32.00 breakfast item was charged to my room that we never bought, and by the time I spotted it on the bill, I was already gone.

The location is unbeatable, and the accommodations are high quality. The staff and restaurant are friendly, and the lobby is handsome and spacious. The French restaurant included in the amenities is very good.

I liked the hotel overall; it’s comfortable, close to public transport, and well‑situated and accessible to the convention center. The facilities are very comfortable and good. When we arrived, the elevators weren’t working, and although the room was ready and we were exhausted from a long trip, the staff didn’t act quickly. We waited an hour in the lobby without any apology or offer, and the rooms had some dust and the bathroom cleaning was not the best.

The hotel restaurant serves great food and offers useful amenities. On the downside, the cartoon beavers everywhere feel like an infantile interior design choice in an upscale hotel, which is oddly strange.
