The spot is perfect for catching trains and exploring Verona's center, and the staff were really friendly! Breakfast was solid too, but the lift noise kept coming through at night.

The hotel sits right by the Train Station, and the rooms were clean, comfy, and quiet. You can walk to the castle and main sights in 15 minutes, and the staff were helpful all around. Breakfast covered everything we needed, though the facilities felt a bit underwhelming for a 4‑star label.

The location was fine, but the ventilation made noise all night even when it was off. The room smelled bad and the towels did too. Cleaning was awful with dust everywhere, so we had to check out a day early.
