The fridge stocked drinks and there were enough disabled parking spots, but a hotel without breakfast is unacceptable and baggage help only comes on request.

Everything was great: the reception staff were very friendly and competent, my room had all the essentials for a holiday, a solid setup with kettle, tea and coffee powder, a comfortable mattress, a balcony with chairs, cushions and a table, a spotless bathroom even with shower gel and tissue paper, curtains to block early light and wonderful silence—thanks! The only downside was that I couldn’t stay longer. :)

Everything was superb: the location near the Kurpark was excellent, the breakfast and the staff were fantastic.
