Hotel Premiere Abano

“Colazione fantastica, attenti ai dettagli, ottima pulizia e tranquillità in tutta la struttura”

I appreciated the poolhead, the room was clean, the radiator could heat the bathrobe, there was a kettle and teas in the room, the breakfast was varied and complete, and the wellness area was quiet with a tea bar. The downside was the smell of the teak‑protecting spray used in the morning and evening, and the fact that these works were done while people were in the pool, especially near the bubble zones.

“Можно хорошо отдохнуть, рядом огромный супер если удобно”

The hotel isn’t in a noisy center; it’s quiet and everything is nearby. Breakfast is decent, the spa is pleasant, there are 3-4 pools, spacious saunas open from 8‑8, and the elevator goes straight to the spa. A huge cheap supermarket and a pizza place are close by, plus other restaurants. The bikes for men and women are good. The mattresses and sheets were slippery, and there was no duvet cover. The staff seemed indifferent and unmotivated.

“Un hotel 5 stelle lusso, come si spacciano loro, non può lasciare la struttura senza personale, io ho pagato per intero,”

The outdoor area is certainly pleasant, yet the services are abysmal – finding towels or headphones, or even getting directions from staff for treatments was virtually impossible, the bar felt like a desert and I waited almost 15 minutes (timed) before anyone would talk to me, and in two days I managed only one treatment; after I complained at checkout, the receptionist shrugged and said “we’re in holiday season”… truly appalling.

“Sehr lohnend, aber noch steigerungsfähig”

The staff was super attentive, the pool area huge, and there was a personal briefing upon arrival. The food was flavorful and changed every evening. There were no German TV channels available, especially not ARD or ZDF, and they kept postponing the issue with flimsy excuses (“It’s a temporary problem”).

The structure is impeccable.
